Portl
Portl is a hospitality and local-experiences app. We stepped in to rescue an unstable codebase, stabilized it in three months, and stayed on as the ongoing product team.
The existing app had become fragile and difficult to ship to. Releases were slow and crashes were hurting the customer experience.
We audited the codebase, stabilized the most critical flows first, and put an AI-native delivery workflow in place so new releases could ship reliably.
Within three months the app was stable and shipping regularly. Botmer stayed on as the ongoing product team, continuing to build and improve the experience.
