01 / Product context
A clearer view of everyday money in one place
MoneyPocket is a personal finance app for tracking income and expenses, setting budgets, organising bills, managing assets, and reading financial reports. Its public product pages also describe reminders, cloud sync, business trips, reimbursements, and AI-assisted receipt scanning.
That breadth creates a product design challenge: make frequent logging quick while keeping deeper financial views understandable.
02 / Starting point
Beginning with a product that had to be shaped from scratch
Botmer's involvement started before there was a finished app to refine. The team took responsibility for design and development, establishing the product experience and carrying it into a working mobile application.
The engagement record does not add an unverified launch date, development framework, infrastructure stack, or commercial target.
03 / Design and build
Turning financial activity into a usable mobile system
The approved product imagery brings together a transaction diary, income and expense charts, category breakdowns, budgets, bills, reminders, and assets. Botmer designed and developed the app as one connected experience rather than treating those areas as isolated screens.
The same engagement continues as the product adds features after launch.
04 / App store launch
Shipping the product across both major mobile platforms
MoneyPocket launched on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Reaching both storefronts turned the work from a product build into a publicly available finance application with a growing user base.
Current store data is presented as product context. It is kept separate from Botmer's verified scope so adoption is not attributed to engineering alone.
05 / Product interfaces
Transactions, trends, and categories at a glance
Approved MoneyPocket imagery showing the daily transaction view and visual reporting experience.

06 / Public product today
A live finance app with a substantial public footprint
Google Play currently displays a 500K+ download threshold for MoneyPocket, while the Apple App Store lists the iPhone version in the Finance category. Ratings and download totals change over time, so the page records only the store data available during this review.
MoneyPocket's official website also describes the app as a Google Play Editors' Choice. The current Google Play page reviewed for this case study does not expose a matching badge, so that statement remains clearly attributed to the product's own website.
07 / Continued development
Keeping the product moving after launch
The relationship did not finish when the apps reached their stores. Botmer continues supporting feature development, carrying product knowledge from the original design and build into the next phases of the roadmap.
08 / Supported outcomes
